Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
Orders placed after 3 pm CST will be processed the next business day. If you place multiple orders in one day, please send us an email at chosen.boutique4@gmail.com and we will combine your orders and refund you one of the shipping charges.
You may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues which is out of our control.
We use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. Please allow 1-5 days for processing before your package is shipped. Once your item is shipped, it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located.
Chosen. Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers. Shipping/delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact USPS/UPS directly if your items are not delivered on time.
Chosen. Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or marked delivered packages. Please contact your local USPS/UPS customer support to handle these matters.
International shipping - WE ARE NOW SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!
Please note that we ship out international orders usually within one business day, but can be up to 5 business days. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. It can take 1-4 weeks before a package can reach you depending on where you are located. Please keep in mind that some countries do not offer door to door tracking. Once your order has shipped, it is out of our control. Thank you.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at chosen.boutique4@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect address disclaimer:
It is not Chosen. Boutique's responsibility if you enter the incorrect shipping address at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us or returned due to incorrect or invalid address. If you would like to cancel or change your shipping address, you must email us at chosen.boutique4@gmail.com immediately. If you're order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it is out of our control after that.
