Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this as an attachment when requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, you will be notified. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note: It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping. We will not provide a return shipping label or tracking number. Returns will only be accepted in exchange for store credit. We also do charge a 10% restocking fee, which will be reflected on the dollar amount issued in store credit.

If you have not received a confirmation email that your return was accepted/rejected within 10 business days, please email us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include:

  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Sale items
  • Handbags
  • Stickers
  • Bibles
  • Notebooks
  • Journals

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If an item is returned and does not meet our condition standards, (unworn/unused, undamaged, non-smoke smell, unstained, untorn, unwashed, 0-minimal pet hair, with tags, in it's original packaging) we unfortunately will not issue a refund.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the item you are exchanging is out of stock, you will be put on a waitlist for that item, and once inventory is back on stock, you will be notified immediately via email.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit. Reminder: we charge a 10% restocking fee, which will be reflected in the dollar amount of store credit issued to you.
